Self Shadow On A Stairwell

Getting to the top of the pedestrian underpass, at the roundabout on St.Stephens, I was struck by my elongated shadow. On the same day I noticed the shadow cast by a fire escape at Anchor Quay, off Westwick St. I removed the tiled wall off the underpass as it descends, but left the  green handrail. The two images work well and it creates a symmetry, which flows through the picture. My self portrait is irrelevant. The number two in the title denotes an edited copy, using a filter to give the image a gritty look.
