I must admit, this picture is a bit contrived. From the moment I noticed the doors of Strangers Hall, I was intent on photographing lots of door handles, and miscellaneous decorations. I then had to think what grand door I could affix this collection of images. The doors turned out to be on Bank Plain, the old Barclays bank building. I was left to arrange the different subjects, and create a sympathetic composition. Of course, all the objects are of differing sizes and don’t relate to each other. (A1).
