Gates And Marbles

These shadows are created by the safety barriers and gates at Norwich Bus Station. This is a collage of three separate photos, near to one another. I tried to include the marbles, and ball bearing unconvincingly at first,(still?) but came up with cunning plan. With a small bright torch; laid on a Formica table, and the marbles placed in front, I could photograph the marbles and their shadows. A bit of stretching and jiggery-pokery I arrived at the final result. Once again, there was no preconceived idea. (IR – 118.87 x 73.19cm).
